1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the Nutron application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and CSB LLC ("Nutron," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Informational Purpose Only Nutron is an informational tool only. Health scores, ingredient flags, and ratings are based on publicly available research, regulatory data, and Nutron's proprietary methodology. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making dietary decisions based on app content.

3. No Scientific Authority — Opinions, Not Facts Nutron does not claim scientific authority. All ingredient assessments, health scores, and risk flags represent opinions about potential risks associated with ingredients and additives, based on analysis of publicly available expert reports, scientific studies from recognized institutions, and applicable regulations. These are not statements of established scientific fact.

Nutron applies a precautionary approach and may flag ingredients where risk is suspected rather than conclusively proven. The presence of a flag does not imply that an ingredient is unsafe, harmful, or illegal.

4. Regulatory Compliance Notice Ingredients flagged or rated by Nutron may be legally permitted under applicable US federal regulations and the laws of other jurisdictions. Nutron's ratings reflect our research methodology, not a determination of regulatory compliance or illegality. Nothing in the App should be interpreted as suggesting that any product or ingredient violates applicable law.

Country-specific regulatory claims (including references to ingredients being restricted or not approved in specific jurisdictions) reflect our research as of the date shown. Ingredient safety standards and regulatory approvals vary by jurisdiction and change over time. You should verify any country-specific claim against current official sources before relying on it.

5. Data Accuracy Disclaimer All data, scores, and ratings are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Nutron does not guarantee the relevance, accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information displayed in the App. Nutritional data is sourced from the Open Food Facts database and other third-party sources, which may contain errors or outdated information.

6. Not Medical Advice Nothing in the Nutron App constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. Nutron does not account for individual health conditions, allergies, medication interactions, ingredient concentration, or dosage in specific products. Individual health needs vary — what may be a concern for one person may not be relevant for another. Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it based on information you have read in this App.

7. Subscriptions and Purchases Nutron offers optional paid subscriptions managed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable App Store terms. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's App Store settings.

8. Intellectual Property All content, design, methodology, scoring systems, and materials within the App are the property of CSB LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSB LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to reliance on any ingredient rating, health score, or informational content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nutron's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the App shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to Nutron in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification You agree to hold harmless and indemnify CSB LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the App; (b) any actions you take in reliance on App content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) any claim by a third party related to your use of the App.

11. Third-Party Services The App integrates third-party services including Open Food Facts, RevenueCat, and Apple App Store. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. Nutron is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party service.

12. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [your state], United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
